Our family’s relationship with cured meats began in 1950 in Soufli, Evros. For over 70 years, three generations have been involved in meat processing and the production of traditional local sausages. Products well-known in the area such as the famous crab, the traditional Thracian babo and of course the sausages that keep their traditional taste unchanged over time since they are made with the unique recipe of the Tiaka family. It is a family business, where our main goal is to ensure the trust of our customers by providing services with a high level of quality and exceeding their expectations, so that we respond to new challenges.
