Traditional Greek products of Tiaka's Kavourmas - Babo - Sausages from Evros Soufli with love!

Our family’s relationship with cured meats began in 1950 in Soufli, Evros. For over 70 years, three generations have been involved in meat processing and the production of traditional local sausages. Products well-known in the area such as the famous crab, the traditional Thracian babo and of course the sausages that keep their traditional taste unchanged over time since they are made with the unique recipe of the Tiaka family.
