
Cooking Ingredients
- 1 kg Tiaka's beef sausages
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup grated tomato
- 2 cups of boiled beans
- 1 cup boiled corn
- 2 diced red peppers
- 1 diced green pepper
- yogurt and mint leaves for serving

Execute Recipe
- Remove the casing from the sausages.
- Heat a large frying pan very well and saute the pieces of sausage well, stirring until it takes the form of minced meat.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour. Add a little water if necessary.
- Serve with yogurt and tortillas!
